What RAM for my new OC PC?

This is my favourite configuration right now:


Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 Box 2048Kb, LGA775, 64bit
ASUS P5B Deluxe Wifi, Sock.775 Intel P965, ATX
Coolermaster Centurion RC534 RC534 ohne Netzteil schwarz
ATX-Netzt.Seasonic S12-430 430 Watt
Laufwerk 1.44 MB,3.5" schwarz
Connect3D X1900GT, 256MB ATI X1900GT, 2xDVI, PCIe
Samsung SH-S182M Lightscribe bulk schwarz
Samsung HD080HJ P80,80GB 7200, 8MB Cache, S-ATA II
Samsung SP2504C, 250GB 7200, 8 MB Cache, NCQ S-ATA II

OK I want to OC the CPU, but I´m a little bit confused what RAM to choose. These here are the possibilities:

- OCZ DDR2 PC2-6400 Gold GX XTC Dual Channel, CL5
- OCZ DDR2 PC2-6400 Platinum Dual Channel, CL4
- DDR2 Corsair TwinX XMS2 CL 5, PC6400/800
- G-Skill PC6400/800,CL 5

Can you recommend any?

Firstly you will need a much bigger PSU than 430W.
