this site will help you https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/syst...av-_-us-flyout-upgrades-_-us-upgrades-scanner

I belive this might be your motherboard, but please make sure it is correct before getting anything for it:

to figure out what ram will work for you you need to pay attention to

form factor: you have ddr2, only ddr2 ram will work with your Mother board, if you want better performance you will need to switch out your MB as well.

Max supported memory: for 32 bit systems it will not be over 4gb, this is total memory, so if you have 4 slots: you can have 4 cards of 1gb, 2 cards of 2gb, or if you don't need the full 4gb buy 4 512MB sticks.
your motherboard specs say the max memory ram is 4gb however.

"speed" if you look below the speed is 800MHz

make sure when you're upgrading your ram that it is all of the same exact type, order 2x2 ddr2 667/800MHz ram

here are the ram specs for that motherboard note the first 3 lines
  • DDR2 667/800MHz
  • PC2-6400 memory supported
  • PC2-5300 memory supported *
  • Uses 512MB, 1GB or 2GB memory modules
  • Memory RAM Max: 4GB
  • Video RAM Max: 512MB(system memory 1G XP), 511MB(system memory 1G vista)
