I've just finished my new PC build, and it's my 1st time using Water cooling aswell.

I'm using a
CoolerMaster MASTERLIQUID ML240L V2 RGB to cool my Intel Core i9-10850K CPU, and I am wondering what RPM speed is recommended for the Pump Fan. At default it was at around 750RPM, then I went to 2400RPM and im not sure if its too high or its ok if the pump will work 24\7 on 2400rpm.
the fans on the radiator work on around 1050RPM
my cpu temp on idle mode about 31c

Thanks.

Make and model of your motherboard? As stated on the manual for the AIO, the pump header either can go onto a chassis fan header or an OPT_CPU fan header. Either which way, you're good leaving the fan header on full speed. You could tinker with the pump speed a little but for your platform, I'd say leave it as is.

Full speed all the time on that and other simple AIOs. That's why some MBs have an AiO_PUMP port which is not adjustable. Set for max speed in BIOS:
in bios i did 100% and it changed from 700rpm (default ) to 2400rpm. the question is if its ok to pump work that high rpm?
