What settings should I use to Stream?

Specs:
i7-7700HQ
GTX 1050 Ti(Mobile)
16 GB DDR4

I want to stream Apex Legends and get 60+ FPS. I get that without streaming but when I do, I get frame drops even though my CPU usage is around 50-60%. Should I use NVENC or x264 in the OBS settings? Right now it is on x264. Thanks
