Hey, I'm planning on upgrading my PC and dont know what part I should upgrade first

Specs:
CPU: R5 1600

GPU: Asus gtx 1070

Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M DS3H

PSU: Corsair VS550 V3 550W

Ram: 2x 4gb 2666

Storage: SSD 480GB Kingston and 1 TB HDD

And 4 fans if that matter

My newest upgrade was the 1070 and the psu. Was planning on upgrading to a new ryzen CPU and 16gb ram at 3000mhz

Which Ryzen CPU should I get to get the most performance?

Games I play is COD, BF, Csgo, Dota2 and GTA V

Solution
That MOBO only supports 1st & 2nd gen Ryzen's

Not true. Since BIOS version F40, it also supports 3rd gen:

To the OP: Ryzen 5 3600 + 16GB of DDR4 3000 memory sounds like a good investment. BIOS upgrade is a must, prior to buying and using new CPU. PSU is nothing to write home about, but it is also not the kind of PSU you would tell people to avoid at all costs. It will do the job, just don't try to use it with 2080Ti or something hungry like that 😀
You upgraded to the VS PSU? Is it to late to return? It's not a horrible PSU and I don't know if the V3 version is better, but most of the time people avoid the VS series. More so if you have an expensive GPU in there like you do. You might want another PSU upgrade.

Your system as a whole is very balanced. I could see the ram upgrade but it won't help with most of your tasks. Better CPU cooler? Better monitor?

What is the upgrade budget?

Yeah it's to late to return my psu, My budget is around $500. Already have a decent monitor and better cpu cooler is a good call
