Question What should I buy?

I bought a prebuilt HP pc (580-023w) and am looking to upgrade it to make it better. It is running a bit slow, especially the boot time. Considering getting an SSD but not sure what else I may need or what SSD to get. Willing to spend less than $150 on upgrades for now but if needed I can spend a bit more.
