What should I upgrade to?

BF3 has been playing a little sluggishly and I think it is due to the bottleneck caused by my GPU. So I decided to upgrade it but have no idea what is good in the market now.

Rig:
CPU ● AMD Phenom II X4 960T Black Edition Zosma 3.0Ghz
COOLER ● Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus
MB ● ASUS M5A97 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0
RAM ● 2 x G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
PSU ● CORSAIR Builder Series CX600 V2 600W
GPU ● SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6770 1GB GDDR5

Looking for a significantly better GPU but not looking for any really expensive or high end ones.

My budget is $100-200. Anything lower is preferred but if the performance is significant enough, I'll dish it out.

personally i own a HD7850, i highly recommend one also, i dont however play BF3 so nothing to compare with,
the 7850 also has huge overclocking headroom if you get an average to decent one, they will in almost every instance outperform a 7870, 660, sometimes a 600ti or 7950 when well overclocked, even if you arent willing to overclock, then its still a great card:)

the 1GB models are about $150 and the 2GB models are about $180 (i think)

EDIT= 660ti, not a 600ti (oops)

ok i found some 660 results, with extreme tesselation, 16x AF, 4xAA, at 1920x1080

a 660 will average 35.6 frames, and my 7850, at 1190mhz core with 5600mhz memory averaged 33.4 frames

so, is 2.2 frames worth the extra $25 or not? and my card is a standard powercolor, not the PCS+ edition

I think the link says to look at drop down menu, select game and look at cards. doesn't matter what card was linked. try looking. shows the 7850 lagging behind the GTX660 doesn't it?
