What should I upgrade?

I am having trouble running some more intense games such as Euro Truck Simulator 2. I don`t know what I need to upgrade to get solid fps in game. I currently have around 20-25 fps and I want to fix that Here are my specs:

CPU: AMD FX-4130
Graphics: GTX 750
RAM: 8 GB (but its old and slow ram)
Storage: 1TB Western Digital Blue
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3

I think my graphics are fine and i was thinking of upgrading my cpu to http://www.amazon.com/AMD-FD8320FRHKBOX-FX-8320-8-Core-Processor/dp/B009O7YU56/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1452663808&sr=8-2&keywords=am3%2B+cpu
If I did this upgrade would it help? Or should I upgrade my ram to faster ram. Or maybe both

your upgrade path should be cpu, then gpu. ram upgrade is unnecessary and will give little to no benefit as long as its 1333mhz+.

did you check if the CPU is thermal throttling? If you're planing to upgrade, I would recommend either going with the 8320e or a Haswell i5 4460 and pair it with a cheap motherboard. The GPU should still have a little over a year before you really need to upgrade.

The 750 is not really a gaming card. I would upgrade that first.
Your processor is also weak at todays standards.
