First start with to mention the correct cpu. i7-7800K does not exist. i7-7800X does but it's socket 2066 and does not match your motherboard.

Looking at 13th or 14th gen Intel. Ie 13600/13700, 14600/14700. 8700k is old, uses 300 series motherboards.

Improve your ram spec, 6000 CL32.

Improve your SSD capacity. Is this for gaming? 512GB isn't enough, go for 2TB.

Cooler is cutting it close. H110 280mm would be better for 13th or 14th i7.

Bit larger case if want higher capacity aio.

The pcpartpicker specs you listed is a new system? Choose a better power supply if want to upgrade graphics card. Msi mpg a850g.

Upgrade to 13700k first before graphics card.

To install Windows create USB installer with Microsoft Media Creation Tool then use your product key. If you want to use DVD you'll need a external DVD drive.

Neither of the cases we listed has front panel bay for an optical DVD drive. It is rare for cases to have that these days. Since you're purchasing Win 11 DVD, you can create your own Win11 installer on USB drive and enter the serial you get with the DVD to activate. Or get an external DVD drive that connects to USB.
