what sound card is best for the lenovo ideacentre for windows 8.1

my sound card has stop working the way it was.
i can only play sound out of one device now last night was able to play two devices with sound now just one can anyone help

wasn't the soundcard good news. it was on the wrong setting for some reason sorted thanks.
