What Storage combination should I get

Would you rather get a 1tb hard drive and 250gb ssd or just one 500gb ssd

WD Black 1TB HDD and 250GB 850 EVO Or 1 500GB 850 EVO

Yeah go for it then. The WD Blue's are cheaper and are just as good as the Blacks.-
