Pretty much any PCI-e 3.0 GPU made in the last 3 years should work; assuming you plan on gaming, most would likely want an RX580/RX5500 or GTX1660 as a minimum. (Seasonics PSUs are generally well respected...)
oh i'm sorry didn't the my purpose in buying a gfx card, i'm more editing.... photo and video editing like in; photoshop, lightroom, premiere pro and slightly on after effects...

thanks man you're awesome

It's not bad, just kinda dated by current standards. BTW to most in the know that tier list is garbage.
Whether it's a good choice for you depends on what specs you want it to power and what else is available to you. What's your approximate budget and location?

Also since you had this in a previous question they will be merged, please in the future don't create another thread for something that's already part of another.

It'll work as long as you don't get a gpu with a large load or a big transient load. From what I've seen the programs you are planning on using an Nvidia card would likely be best. What's your budget for a card. Have you already purchased the PSU?

yes i've already purchased the PSU. $230 is my budget for the GPU and planning to buy gtx 1650 super or the gtx 1660 super.

and one more question, is APC BX1100LI-MS 1100va UPS is a good choice of UPS?
