Question what to consider when choosing motherboard for i3 8100

hello, I intend to buy a new pc with i3 8100 as the cpu and geforce gtx 1660 as the gpu, i will use it for 8-9 hours playing medium to high graphics games daily. I am really confused what to consider when choosing a mobo. will i benefit from more PWM levels for i3 8100? i mean more levels of power phase design, should i care about the extra extended heatsinks everywhere in the mobo? the heat that both gpu and CPU generate due to working for long time should affect my decision ? what is difference between chipset b360 or h310 for i3 8100? is there a cheapest best for i3 8100? or anything will be fine ?

Do you have the CPU right now or not? if not then why not just go with a Ryzen 3 2600 its much faster than the i3 but a little bit more pricey
