HI!
recently I noticed that my laptop started to deform and the bottom sheet has expanded, i concluded that it was a swollen battery. My laptop is a dell latitude 7480 and since I got it in 2019, I have been using a 130W charger when the laptop is rated for up to 90W.
I got my laptop secondhand and I didn't really know if the higher wattage would hurt my battery but i did at last change to a 65W charger which is the minimum for this laptop and that is when i started noticing the swollen battery.
I don't know if the higher W of the first charger did it or the sudden change in charger capacity did, but I need help.
how much can I still use the laptop? my battery has 4 cells and by the look of it one in the middle is the defective one and my bios still shows that the battery health is good (down from excellent). I read online that it might burst into flames.

You should disposed of the swollen battery before it explodes and damages the laptop and causes other damages and harm you and others.
