hello guys. I have a pc for 3 years almost and its started to lose some of the performance so i bought a new gpu 1060 to upgrade it. it fixed the prob in most games but in cs go it dindnt that much. Also i have never changed the thermal paste do you think if i change the paste will be better? Also the cpu never goes past the 60c

CS:GO is more CPU intensive than anything else.

CSGO is mostly a cpu intensive game so that's why the gpu upgrade didn't do anything. Unless you are having temp problems there is no need to replace the thermal paste, since you don't go over 60c I would say there is no point in changing it.
