What to look for when buying RAMBUS?

When buying DDR/SDRAM things to look for are CAS Latency, PCB layers, etc.

Are there any similar details I should look for when buying PC1066 RIMMS?
 
If I remember right... somebody said that the sticks with more chips on them are the better ones.

PC1066 look for the cycle time (ns). The Kingston modules are 32ns which supports PC1200 speed (600MHz), even though they are sold as PC1066 (533MHz) modules.

And just to back Crash up. That is correct. The current DRGC's can output a 600MHz signal for the PC1200 level.

but they will all do it.Like P4T original was able to hit 133 FSB on 400 mghz DRCG
