What to overclock i7 5820k to using Hyper 212 evo fan

So I am pretty new to building pcs. I bought an i7-5820k and I want to overclock it a little bit. I don't know if overclocking to 4.0 ghz is a good idea with the Hyper 212 fan. I need help!!! I am using a corsair 750d airflow edition case and maybe this will help?

Watch core temps. If you stay in the safe zone, you're good. Safe for that CPU is below 76C for continuous use. An occasional, quick peak above that is OK.
