what to upgrade first?

I want to know which part to upgrade over time, the processor is an AMD FX 4350, graphics card is GeForce GTX 950,8 GB RAM and motherboard is Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard

I think that board supports upto 8370. So that would be a good a good upgrade. But it wont be a mindblowing performance increase.
Even better if you switch to intel, albeit budget permits.

I'm divided on this one. But I think that I would sell the GTX 950 used on Ebay for approximately $120 then buy a new EVGA GTX 1060 SC Gaming 6GB on NewEgg for $260.

Down the road I would upgrade to an Intel Z170 chipset motherboard / i5-6500 or i5-6600k / 16 GB DDR4 RAM / tier 1 power supply.

Before I can answer I'd need to know WHY you want to upgrade. What are you trying to do? Is there a game that isn't performing well for you? Are you just eager to spend money?
