What should i upgrade first? CPU or GPU?
GPU : AMD Radeon HD 7480D (integrated)
CPU :AMD A-4 5300
Motherboard: Asus F2A55-M LK2 PLUS (FM2)
I've already upgraded RAM from 4GB to 8GB
My budget is low +- 50€

Unfortunately, those parts won't work on a Ryzen box. Not to be mean, but best bet is to save up for a new cpu, board, ram, and gpu at the very least. Be prepared to replace the power supply as well. With new board and cpu, you may need another copy of windows.

I suppose you could try to drop an Athlon II x4 that's socket AM2 in there and a better gpu, but you don't want to sink much into an old rig like that one.
I don't want to be mean, but I think you'd be better off if you save up and upgrade your whole platform. New motherboard, CPU, RAM, and a dedicated Graphics card, not an integrated one.

Any money you spend on this system that can't be used on a new one will be a sunk cost. You won't get your money's worth when you try to sell it.

If you do upgrade anything with this system, make sure it's something you could use on a new one. For example, don't get more RAM again. DDR3 won't work on the new stuff.

Maybe get an SSD or a new graphics card. Both of those can work with a new system, too.

I made the assumption you are going to be using this to play games. Is that correct? If so, which games and at what resolution?
