What to upgrade?

Here's my specs. I have about $600 to upgrade and I play at 1920x1080. I want to play all games on ultra. The monitor (or TV, not sure if I can call it a monitor) is just this vizio.

Your rig is ok, just get a GTX970 and you are good to go.
You PSU can handle GTX660, it should be able to handle GTX970 too but check just to be sure.

I'm going to sell my current monitor/tv and buy a real monitor. I'm also going to get the gtx 980 I guess. Can you reccomend a nice monitor under $300? Nothing under 24 inches

GTX980 is only about 15% stronger than GTX970 but GTX980 costs almost double of GTX970.
I would rather stick with GTX970 and buy 2 for SLI.
XFX 750W is more than enough for 2xGTX970 in SLI.
