What to upgrade?

Guys i want to play gta 5 without lags on decent quality, so i am here to ask you guys what i should upgrade?
Speacs:
i5-4590
gigabyte z97m-d3h
gigabyte gtx 970 oc mini-itx
goodram 2x4gb 1600mhz

What do you guys think? What should be my next upgrade?

My thoughts:
Up ram to 16gb (maybe better speed but dont know if my mobo can)
get an i7-4790(non k)

Looks like your processor is the current limiting factor. You could drop in a 4790 which will be better but all you are gaining is hyperthreading. How about selling RAM/CPU/Motherboard and going for a 8400/8600k with Z370 & DDR4, its a far more material increase.
