I am considering video conference using webcamera and ICQ.

What sort of traffic should I expect?
I am on broadband (charged per Gigabyte). The camera is 30 fps, black and
white and the frames are 640x480
What else might be relevant?

your upload speed is probably the most important part if you hope to achieve
30 fps and smooth audio - actually you might want to set cam to something
slower, unless you're quickly running around in circles or something 1 fps
might be just fine as watching someone sitting still talking in black and
white could get boring fast. Unless it's two mime's conferencing.
