What type of error is this

Well, i have BF:BC2 and it runs as Solid 30-45 FPS most of the time
if i play for about 45 minutes suddenly the screen goes black and my monitor says "No Signal" i can still hear the sounds of the game in the background sometimes when i press left mouse button i can hear my gun shooting. and i can Alt+Tab, but i HAVE to close the game.
Please Help? its not my monitor because i can Alt+Tab to origin

Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 ~ 2.53 GHZ
ATI Radeon HD 4350 OC'D

I can't find a sticker that shows how many watts my PSU is.

I use Speedfan, the GPU prob gets about 85-95c during gameplay.
