Is there anything I should change in that price range?
I just wanna play PUBG on high 70+ fps and I will be happy

Solution
You need to get a Dual channel kit for the ram, a 2x 4 GB kit.

https://www.pcgarage.ro/memorii/corsair/vengeance-lpx-black-8gb-ddr4-2400mhz-cl14-dual-channel-kit/

That and the Firecuda aren't worth the money.

And a higher quality PSU..

ok so what u say about ryzen 1600x with b350 tomahawk?

Idk what gsync is..i just wanna play pubg on high-ultra with 70+fps..and i heard ryzen is more future proof cuz of the 6 core 12 threads..is it true?

Both the 8600k and ryzen 1600X are 6 cores. And yes, 6 core cpu are becoming mainstream for gaming now.
Gsync monitors are premium gaming monitors designed to work with Nvidia cards. Same goes for freesync and Radeon cards.
For 144hz display, it's better to go with 1070/1070ti and a 8600k for pubg.

I will play at 60hz 1080p...and i dont believe in the overkill..i think its bullshit. The 8600k requires a quite expensive mobo so idk what to say...is the i5 7600k good? Should i go for this one?

either the i5 8400 & a z370 board or the ryzen 1600 & a decent b350 board.

Both those options are cheaper than your original listing, the ryzen will about match the 7600k o gaming perfomance once overclocked, the i5 8400 will beat it out of the box.

Woudln't buy any skylake, kabylake chip now personally - essentially a dead socket & the 2 above options are both better.

Also dont expect solid 70fps on PUBG - its unoptimised & unfinished imo - more like a beta than the finished article.

So i should go for socket 1151 v2?
If so i might go for 8600k with Msi z370 gaming plus
The 8400 only has 2.8ghz..which is not that much..idk what to say..

The 8400 has a multicore boost speed that is only 300mhz lower than the 8600k
It performs within 5% (normally 2%)of the 8600k in just about any scenario.

Ignore the low base clock,it means absolutely nothing at all - Its there essentially to make the 8600k look like its worth the huge amount extra that it costs (which it 100% isnt imo)

What u think about this:

Is the psu good enough? Or should i go for 600-650?

But why the case fan?
And is the stock cooler so good? If i oc the cpu to 4ghz..will it cool it down?
