You need faster memory for Ryzen, difference between 2400 & 3200 could be as high as 15-20 FPS. As for if the system could handle 4K gaming depends on the games.

I do not think your specs can do 4k gaming maybe 1080P and you might get low FPS on 4k.

It comes down to the game. For example a friend of mine plays Closers (Anime-style/side scroller/MMORPG) with me which can be played on a iGPU at 1080P (very easy game to run) but she plays it on a 4K HDTV using a Ryzen 2400G and it runs smooth as butter. I think when most people think of 4K gaming they think of higher end games such as the Division 2, AC: Odyssey, BFV, etc but there are plenty of fun, less graphically demanding games that can be played on lower end hardware.

If they do expect this hardware for AAA 4K gaming, then nope.
