What Vardar speed varient is best?

What speed variant of the Vardar should I get for my radiator? Also is their a better rad fan?

These are PWM fans so the speed is a max speed. Whatever you use for your fan controller (motherboard, aftermarket part, etc) will be used to ramp the fans up and down based upon a fan profile. So by selecting a fan with a good max speed yet extended range duty cycle you will be able to go for slow and quiet operation or screaming fast airflow. I would probably opt for something like the Furious Vardar 2200. It can go from 550 Rpm to 2200 Rpm which covers just about every speed you should want or need.

Other quality fans to consider are Noctua and Corsair, all are really good choices.
