What wattage for OC ?

I am slowly adding part by part to my computer.

New specs -
Intel i5 2500K OC to 4.2 ghz
HD 7950
8gb ram mabye 16gb
1hdd
1ssd
H60 water cooler
And about 4 fans.

But I'm not sure what psu wattage to go for, I want a xfx.

bare minimum 500w. for headroom for extra fans, hdds and so on. 650w
