Question What will i need to do when i replace my CPU, Motherboard and RAM?

I'm upgrading my pc from an old asus ddr3 board and i5 6600 to an MSI A620m-e ddr5 and a 7500f, will i need to reinstall windows? my activation key says it is activated with a digital licence linked to my account. will i lose my data? If so, what will i need to do to keep it? it will be the same drives and everything (boot drive 128gb sata ssd, 256gb nvme games drive, 1tb general hdd) Thanks

Intel to AMD requires a clean install as far as I know.

Back up your data to some other drive before starting. If yo don't, it will be gone for good.

Do a clean install with ONLY one drive connected.

You would need to use a USB flash drive of at least 8 gb capacity as the installation source. Not a "reset". A clean install, deleting all existing partitions on the drive to which Windows will be installed.

Back up any personal data from that drive before you start. Otherwise, it is gone.
