What would I need to power my GPU?

What is the least I could use to power my GTX 285 OCX? It has 2 6-Pin Connectors, so do I have to use both of them?

It will not work unless both leads are used.
Do NOT run it using molex/PCI-E "Y" converters, it's asking for trouble.
