What would you change with this build?

What do you guys think of this build Yes several times i have asked this to you fabulous people. And several times you guys have delivered. so i ask for probebly one final time for a while at least: what would you change about this build for roughly the same price? http://pcpartpicker.com/p/7H7ssY

I would prefer Intel/Nvidia over AMD purely because of power prices.

My experience with Logitech headsets has been cheap plastic bending and breaking and the earpads literally falling apart. The 840 Evo SSD is a definite option. Are you going to overclock? Why? 970 is good...
