What'll happen if overloading a PSU by 400-800 Watts?

Just wondering what could possibly happen if a low-end PSU is overloaded with extra 400-800 Watts? I'm wanting to try overloading my 300W PSU... :\

I never saw that in any of my post I answered... You mean to say that the user who posts a thread can only select a best answer? YES! I never selected a best answer....

Pretty much anyone can select a best answer in a thread started by someone else. There is a qualifying period for new users before that is allowed though.
