Whats a good pc build for 500$?

Hello Everyone i am looking for a pc for 500 including the operating system and optical drive (the o. drive is optional) so I want it to be able to run 60+ fps on games like bf4 and skyrim, etc anyways it should be 1080p and the settings ultra or high. and it will be good for black ops 2 too. also i do alot of editing and photoshoping and stuff (recording, etc) so i hope you answer soon

You may have to spend a bit more then. It would go up to ~$580. If that is too much money then you may have to sacrifice the graphics card a bit or processor.

You can always go Linux for an operating system, they rely off donations to keep them running. It's a free alternative instead of spending eighty to ninety dollars on a OS.
