What's better?

They both have the same price and level of graphics, but one has 2GB GDDR3 and the other has 1GB GDDR5. What would be better?

GDDR5 has almost double the data rate of GDDR3. The links don't work for me, but if it's the same model card, then go for the GDDR5 version.
