I'm considering an intel 14700k CPU, which supports intel APO https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000095419/processors.html , the article says

Intel® Application Optimization Requirements
Installation and enablement of Intel® Dynamic Tuning Technology (Intel® DTT) should be available for supported systems, and available through motherboard system manufacturers.

BIOS Camarillo PCI device option enabled by default. Refer to your OEMs for support if this option is not available.

Operating system: Windows 11*.

but I can't find any useful information about it online or if the MB "ROG STRIX B760-I GAMING WIFI" I picked supports it or not

Per the URL you'd posted;
Intel® Application Optimization user interface can be downloaded through Microsoft Store*. Intel® Application Optimization is currently not available for download through Intel download center.
You should be fine. Make sure you're on the latest BIOS version, clear the CMOS and then download the app in question from the support site linked above.
