Was wondering if its faster to have one M.2 for C: & another for D:, With OS on one & the game on the other faster? Or have the Game on the same M.2 as the OS?

It not make any difference whatsoever.

Of course, you've not specified which type of "m.2". An NVMe or a SATA m.2 drive.

It is actually beneficial to have your OS and applications on one drive, and games and other stuff on other drives.
No performance hit either way. But when you need to reinstall the OS, your data on the 'other drive' is not touched.
