[SOLVED] What's making this noise?

My Alienware M1 7 laptop is making THIS weird noise. It's pretty quiet but since I record audio, it is not ideal. It almost sounds like an old hard drive writing info, but of course I have NVMe drives. Seems to be coming from upper right of laptop, near the power button. Any ideas what it could be?

I think you might be correct. Took the cover off and saw one of the fans is located where the noise is coming from. I blew compressed air in it (don't have time to take it all apart right now). Noise is still there but a little quieter. It just sounded like digital RF, like when a cell phone is getting/sending data by your laptop. Thank you.
