Question What's the best AIO for 14900K ?

- Corsair 7000D airflow case
- 8x ARCTIC P12 PWM PST A-RGB intake case fans + 1x exhaust at the back.
- Installing a 360/420 AIO at the ceiling.

I am considering these AIOs:

• EKWB Nucleus AIO CR360 Lux D-RGB.
• Lian Li Galahad II Trinity Performance.
• Arctic Liquid Freezer III 420.

the nucleus has the best cooling performance but it is a bit noisy ? Lian Li is noisy too ?

Which one is the best in terms of performance as well as noise ?

Are there other options ?

Should be the 420 thicker rad and more surface area.
