[SOLVED] What's the best case between these 2

3x intakes, powered by molex, zero control of speed or lighting. Seriously...

The other case only has 2x intake fans, both half buried by plastic.

Run. Don't walk, run as fast as you can away from either of those cases. Aerocool has not made either an Aero or Cool case yet, and to make one that's actually functional will end up costing you more than buying a decent case to start with.

You'd get far better results not having either case, just using the pc open air on a box top like a test bench.

Where are you located?

I wouldn't look towards a chassis design that had a top mounted PSU area. I'd vote for the Glider if these are indeed the only two cases you have access to and you literally have nothing else to look at from other brands. Mind you, if you're looking at an matx board/build, you might want to look into an matx chassis and not an atx chassis.

I'm in morocco . All pc parts and things and components are expensive here

Why having a psu in top is bad ?

I would love to have a mid rower case since it allows to install all type of mobos and I don't want to be limited to only 1 mobo type

Even in Morocco, there has to be better choices. If there ARE better choices, and it's simply the cost that is limiting you to these two options, then I'd suggest you might seriously consider that waiting until you can afford something better and saving up in order to do so in the meantime, would be a far wiser decision. You don't want either of those cases for a modern build.
