What's the best CPU for the Dell Optiplex 330

I have a Dell Optiplex 330 with a Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 processor, can I upgrade it even more?

All CPUs there are under 95W. This is a common limit with almost all consumer Dells.
Q9650 would be best, Q9550 is cheaper. All QX#### are over 95W.

it turns out it's fussy about steppings Q9550 C0 stepping is confirmed to work on KP561 motherboard.
