what's the best custom gpu cooler for a budget?

hey, i have bought a used gtx 770, thing is the cooler that it has is a bit damaged (not the fans or the card itself, just the heatsink is bent) so i was wondering what's the best cooler replacement that wouldn't kill my wallet?
