Question What's the best graphics card my system is capable of? (Desktop)

I was hoping to upgrade my graphics card but this is the first time I've ever tried anything like this and I'm somewhat limited by my computer. I'm not expecting a graphics card that will help me play high end, modern games but one that doesn't chug when I play most games. I figured Cyber-Monday would be a good time to upgrade. (I'm also told that high end graphics cards require stronger PSUs. I was recommended a GTX 1660 before as a card that would work with most games but I wasn't sure if my PSU was strong enough for it so I held off on the purchase.)

My specs:

Dell Inspiron i3847-5078BK x64 based PC
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz, 3201 Mhz, 4 Core(s)
Intel HD 4600

GTX1650 Super. Uses about 100W.

Can you tell us how many amps the +12V output on your PSU is capable of (there's a sticker on it that displays this info)

I don't have access to my desktop computer atm but I'll bring it up when I do.

What are the differences between every GTX 1650 Super that I need to keep in mind for an Amazon purchase?

Basically just the cooler/ heatsink that's attached to the card.
