Solution
Do you want a realistic build for its usage or just the top-of-the-line everything?

This is my realistic build (Still very overkill).
CPU: i7-3770k
Mobo: Gigabyte G.1 Sniper Z77
RAM: 16GB 1866Mhz from a good brand.
GPUx2: HD7970 Ghz cards, Gigabyte or ASUS.
PSU: 1200W Corsair Professional
HDD: However much storage you need in Velociraptor drives
SSD: Repeat but OCZ Vertex 4's
Case: Silverstone Temjin TJ11B-W
Water Cooling, I dont keep up with water cooling parts, but im sure you can figure it out.

As good as the HAF-XM is and the fact that its only just small enough to be considered mid-tower, this kind of rig clearly deserves a Full Tower+. That Silverstone I recommended is huge and has its own watercooling "basement".

Skip to 11:20 to see its full size.

^I think that's a good choice

Woooow!!! i didn't know you could use 2 CPU's in a single motherboard....boy i am old

but damn....15k?? :heink: i can afford it but damn!! i will think about it (90% sure i am gonna go with this ) i will review all builds tomorrow, btw, thanks for your time

A few thoughts:
The 2011 Xeons are clock multiplier locked, you can't overclock them, so most games would favor a highly-overclocked 3960X or such.

I know that Intel's 7-series mobos support TRIM on RAID arrays now, but for the custom EVGA board, you might not have that.

The monitors are good for 3D, but otherwise they're not very exciting (OP's choice whether that means anything 😛)

Otherwise, a truly awesome build

*You know that the motherboard comes with a 7970, right?

*You can't use 4 GTX 690s, only 2.

*14.5TB of storage??? are you serious?

*The OP said he wanted a water cooled system... do you think that with an unlimited budget he would want a closed loop water cooler and not a real one?

This is just sick, truly sick. And while this may very possibly be the best gaming PC you are ever gonna be able to build right now, why not buy some crazy ass 5K gaming PC right now, and upgrade every 3 years or so. That way you will still have the fastest system out there in say 6-7 years. By that time a 2-3K rig wil outperform this one easily. Unless you have so much money you really don't care lol. And in that case, get some TH party stared on that beach of yours in Florida!

Well here's a complete revision to my previous post:
CPU: 2x Intel xeon E5-2690 $4,080
CPU Cooler: Water cooling of your choice
MOBO: ASUS Z9PE-D16 SSI EEB $511
GPU: 2x EVGA Signature GTX 690 $2,240
RAM: 2x Kingston HyperX 64GB $1,140(Get 2 sets for each CPU)
HDD: 3x Seagate Constellation ES.2 3TB $1,260
SSD: OCZ Octane OCT1-25SAT3-512GB $960
Case: ThermalTake Level 10 GT Snow Full Tower(comes with mouse, keyboard and gaming headset) $400
Case Fans: 1x Cooler Master R4-L4S-10AB-GP 140mm(rear)$11, 3x Cooler Master MEGAFLOW 200mm(top, side, front)$54
PSU: Cooler Master RSF00-SPM2D3-US 1500watt $413
Monitor: 3x Samsung Series 9's 27" $3000
Optical: ASUS Black Bluray Burner $95
OS: Windows 7 Uiltimate 64 bit $190
This is better than the previous post. Choose a CPU cooler of your choice. The total is $12354. Cheers!

this is just silly to spend so much on a computer that could be beaten by a computer that costs 3k. just cause you have money doesnt mean you should spend it.... ask warren buffet.

it wont let you cause you can only have 4 gpus in sli

you can not overclock those cpu's. OP said he wanted to overclock.

....i know that probably no one in this forum cares but i was born in a very rich family but when i was 10 my father became an alcoholic and he gambled all our money and did some bad moves in his business over time... the result? we lost EVERY single penny we had, i had to go to public schools and community college.

I dropped school and decided to join a church because i was very angry with my dad i and i felt that god was the only thing that would help me, i spent the following two years working on a supermarket and doing charity duties at the church....i barely had any money and i knew for sure that there was absolutely NO WAY for me to succeed in anything, i was having suicidal thoughts but my beliefs were the only thing that stopped me from doing anything crazy...

One day i watched "reasons not to believe in god" in YouTube... i watched that kind of videos for daaays and then i realized how stupid i was... god doesn't exist, if you want to succeed on this life you have to do what my father did, being awesome for business, so i took out my crucifix and threw it to the garbage, i took the little money i had left and went to the store to buy a lotto tickeck...i won 3 ******* MILLION DOLLARS!!!!! i still can not believe it.... at first i didn't know what to think... i thought it was a miracle but my eyes were already open, there are not miracles...only lucky bastards!!

I think it's time for me to restructure my life, i really need to do that.... i am going to the Florida international university of business to get a degree and multiply my money.

Thanks for everything, guys.
