Whats the best settings for overclocking a Asus Nvidia GT 640 2gb DDR3

I have a ASUS NVIDIA GT 640 2GB DDR3 and I want to know what the best settings for overclocking it is please tell me if you have on what your settings are at.

Each card is different. You'll need a program like EVGA precision X or MSI Afterburner. Max out the power slider. Slowly raise the core clock by 25 MHz. Then use a program to test the overclock like heaven bench. If it passes the test without crashing keep raising the core clock. If it crashes then lower the core clock by ten and test it again. This will help you find your maximum core clock. Do the same for the memory clock. Good luck!!

Can this damage my graphics card and can I use Asus tweak, and how do I get my shadow clock up because when I go on gpu-z it says Shader clock: MHZ it should have numbers like 1024 MHZ?
