What's the best x299 mothetboard

Hello,
I have just started to upgrade my computer and I upgraded from I7-6900K to I9-7980XE.
I have a real problem now in choosing the best motherboard. I looked over all x299 motherboards and I have chosen two of them.
One is Aorus X299 Gaming 9 and the other is Gigabyte X299 Designer EX.
My problem is that I don't know what is the best from these two motherboards.
I would chose Gigabyte Designer because I always have had a good imperssion about Gigabyte being the most durable on the market and I always used Gigabyte. Besides that it seems that this motherboard doesn't heat so much and makes good overclock..
But on the otherhand I like the design and RGB of Aorus Gaming 9...
Finally I really do not know which mothetboard to choose from these two...
Maybe you can help.
I would like to have the most performant and in the same time the most beautiful motherboard.
If you can help, I would appreciate it.

I excluded Asus.
My problem is that I don't know which one to chose from the 2 mothetboards that I mentioned before.
Aorus Gaming 9 or Gigabyte Designer EX..

Aourus is their gaming brand isn't it ? it must be like strix and ROG ..

I looked to Asus ROG RAMPAGE VI EXTREME and it seems to be the best motherboard but I like more Aorus Gaming, and it's not so much difference between them..the price..maybe...
