Hi I have been looking for a good PC build/ trying to find out good hardware under $500 in CANADIAN money because every single one i find is i US $ which is less than CDN money.
I have this one, which is the cheapest but not sure if any good.

Also I don't believe i will NEED a OS or HDD as I have a old desktop with 320GB with Vista on that I will be replacing with this one and then just go out and buy a 500 GB external HDD for around 30.
Preferably on ca.pcpartpicker.com

Solution
I put together a complete build that will serve you well. It's $100 over your budget but it's complete with a case, hdd and os. You can't just put an old pc's hdd on a new build. Your windows will crash because all the drivers are incompatible. You will need to do a full os install, if you have a copy of your os on cd you're fine, otherwise you will need an os. You could drop the gpu to a hd7750 but for the sale price that r7 260 is a steal.
