[SOLVED] What's the DDR of this RAM ?

Hello, so I got an old but working RAM stick but all I know about it is that it's a 2GB RAM, apart from that I can't find the type of this RAM or its frequency or anything about it, all I know is that it doesn't fit into DDR3 slot.

Yep, ddr2 2GB 800Mhz unbuffered non-ecc dual rank.

It's useful for maxing out motherboards since that was pretty much the largest size of ddr2.
