Whats the min Power Supply needed for Athlon II X2 260?

Basically I built a cheapo system with a Athlon II X2 260 plus some $50 Asus motherboard. Just wondering if my 15 year old 350W power supply will give enough juice to power that bad boy?

Depends on the other parts what you have in your PC. If you have a video card what is powered just by PCIE than 350W is enough.

I have a videocard because I need dual output. And also a PCI Network card installed. Everything else is on the motherboard

depending on the gfx card you may need to get a 450w.. if the card is 75w or under then you may well get away with it... problem is that the psu may not support atx is so you will have to get a new psu regardless of system draw.

^ agree! One more thing to consider is the 15-year factor. The capacitors in the 15-year old PSU would have aged and the PSU will no longer meet original power specs.

Time for a new PSU; 450 watts to 550 watts. Corsair, Seasonic, Antec, XFX.
