Whats the most powerful PCI-E low profile card that doesn't require it's a individual power source plugged into it ?

That doesn't link to one card. It links to all the low profile HD4650s at newegg. Yes, the 64-bit one should be avoided. DDR3 would definitely be better but it doesn't seem to exist in low profile and the 9600gt needs a power connector and he claims to have none available.
