What's With the Volcano 2 Fan!?!

Ok I'm confused
Thermaltake fan- 4500rpm 36cfm and only 31db
Black Label Delta fan- 6000rpm 38cfm and 40-41 high pitched db.
Both 60mm fans with similair depth. So how can one stay quiet go slowly and put out so much air??http://phamcomputer.safeshopper.com/35/219.htm?976
they say the fan actually performs at around 26cfm. Big difference there! I bought the heatsink, just to see the fan, so when it comes in I'll let everyone know, but for now I remain very skeptical.

I don't know, a saw a place telling it was rather a 26CFM fan (someone posted a link on this board I think). You can also see a review of it compared to thermaltake's Super Orb and Mini-Super Orb at this web page

Even if the fan is not truly a 36CFM (but still have no confirmation) it seems to be a good one (and cheap!).

I saw 2 or 3 reviews of the Volcano II and it seems it actualy performs well, not as well as a FOP38, but better than a Super Orb. Many people compares it to the FOP32.

The volacano II fan is a straight up lie!! It does not perform anywhere near the fop38 Delta fan. FALSE ADVERTISING!! The adda 80mm 50cfm fan does put out a lot of air though. I got one of those today too and it's fun. The volacno 2 fan though is pretty lame. Around 26-27cfm. Not 36cfm. The heatsink I haven't tried yet.
