Very recently I grew fond of the musical instrument named Tabla and it really offers such good beats. I mean I saw a number of people playing two small drums with their hands and the sound quality of that instrument was amazing. Would love to learn the techniques.

Lots of metalheads here... surprised I haven't discovered this thread earlier.

Sorry Ozzy... Ronnie James Dio does it better for me. My favorite album released by Black Sabbath... that's by a country mile.

And I find I'm living in the past right along with them.

This was made all the more clear to me as I've ripped my CD collection over the past month. The only Anthrax CDs I have are:
  • Among The Living
  • Fistful Of Metal

And that was after I "modernized" by getting a CD player. I have a few others on cassette.

i have 14 on PC, just missing a few and many of them I don't listen to often. I don't have among the living but I know I used to. I miss my State of Euphoria T shirt, it was yellow just to be different for a metal T Shirt. Match album colours.

also have their sigs, one of which isn't in band anymore.

Really like the slow rock music and instrumental music of some classic songs. Though, I have no dislike for anything in music and can listen to African songs with the same interest as the American ones. And music is like a cup of coffee for me which really soothes the inner self, no matter what the genre is.

I really dig this band. I didn't even like this song until I heard them do this. They are masters, especially the beautiful Laura Vale from Barcelona. The the tech brains behind the band. Allows them to all play remote and she mixes everything. Amazing lady, gorgeous too

Linkin Park are like Tool, I refuse to admit their last albums even existed, and wish they would make a good one. Now they have a minor problem with their lead singer being AFK permanently so I guess remaking albums is the thing to do to extend the exit point. I used to just buy their albums hoping for a good one but luckily I had given up before the last one so I wasn't burned by it.

Now I don't care what they do.

I liked this song

I have to disagree with you somewhat.

I do agree Linkin Park's last album is a change. People loved LP for rock, nu metal, rap rock. Hybrid Theory is the best selling debut album of any band in the 21st century.
Their last album is none of that. While I don't hate it, its mostly just generic pop, but with a great singer.

The main redeeming quality is Chester's vocals, which are always on point regardless of genre. This song is about the only one on the album I don't dislike.

I think some of the reason it was made was for Mike Shinoda's kids, and Mike wanted a change. I recall him saying we could make and entire album like meteora in a month and I want something more challenging, or something like that. He proved that in a live stream in like april when he made an entire song minus vocals in the style of hybrid theory and it sounded on point. Took him like 1 or 2 hours.

If LP had ended with the hunting party (2014), It would be better.

Line in the Sand was a great song off of that album as well. It was kind of saying "rock is not dead" but then LP went and made pop with the next album so perhaps they were a bit hypocritical?

On the other hand, Fear Inoculum is not a bad album. I think the album is still uniquely tool. Same Maynard, same rock genre.
It does have some things I dislike. There are some songs I do not care for, like Legion Inoculant or Chocolate Chip Trip. Also I can't sit and listen to the album front to back, but not because I dislike it, just because it is so long.

But overall I can't say I dislike it at all.
